Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without charge prior to product confirmation and deposit collection. Once a deposit has been received and the product has been ordered from the manufacturer, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee depending on the stage of the order. Please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.
Installed Products
Because garage doors are custom-specified and professionally installed, we do not accept returns on installed products. If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us and we will resolve the issue under warranty at no additional cost.
Service Appointments
Service and maintenance appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.
Workmanship Warranty
Entrancio stands behind every installation. All installation workmanship is warranted for a minimum of one year from the date of installation. Product warranties vary by manufacturer and are passed through to the customer in full. Spring and hardware warranties are disclosed at the time of proposal.
Accessories & Parts
Accessories and parts purchased but not yet installed may be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Installed parts are not eligible for return.
