We begin by understanding the home, its architecture, and what you want the door to achieve — aesthetically and functionally. No catalog before context.
Specification & Proposal
We provide a clear proposal: product family, options, dimensions, opener, and installed price. Samples and references are included where appropriate.
Order & Lead Time
Once approved, we place the order and communicate the lead time clearly. Most standard doors arrive within 3–6 weeks; custom and Atelier doors vary.
Pre-Installation Inspection
Our installation team inspects the opening before the door arrives — confirming dimensions, structural conditions, and any prep work required.
Installation Day
A dedicated installation crew handles the full system: door, tracks, hardware, springs, opener, and sensors. Most residential installations complete in one day.
Walkthrough & Handoff
We walk you through the full system, explain the opener features, demonstrate the safety tests, and confirm everything meets your expectations before we leave.
