Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Entrancio website at entrancio.com and any services provided by Entrancio, a California-licensed garage door installation and service company serving Orange County and Los Angeles County. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Entrancio provides garage door design consultation, product specification, installation, service, repair, and maintenance services. All services are provided within our established service territory. Scope, pricing, and terms for individual projects are set out in a separate project proposal or service agreement provided to you before work commences.

Quotes & Pricing

Estimates and quotes provided on this website or during a consultation are subject to on-site measurement verification and final product confirmation. Prices shown online are indicative starting points and do not constitute a binding offer. A final, itemized proposal will be provided before any order is placed or deposit is collected.

Deposits & Payment

Custom and special-order garage door projects require a deposit at the time of order confirmation. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are specified in your project proposal. Balances are due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Returns

Please refer to our Cancellation & Returns Policy for full details on order cancellations, service appointment cancellations, and our workmanship warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Entrancio's liability in connection with any project or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific project or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
